Rights! is looking for new members to join our editorial team.
Rights! is a human rights blog founded by a small group of graduates from the European Master’s Degree in Human Rights and Democratisation (E.MA) at the Global Campus of Human Rights in Venice, Italy in 2015.
Rights! aims to be an independent, accessible and egalitarian platform where different views, ideas, approaches, interests and practices meet. It gathers together think pieces, comments from the field, case studies, interviews, critiques and provocations from established and emerging human rights professionals from all regions of the world.
Do you have the energy, commitment and ideas to help develop a digital community of human rights commentators?
The time commitment involved in being a voluntary member of Rights! Editorial Team is light. The expectation is to review, edit and promote content, as well as actively seek contributions. You will be joining a small but enthusiastic and dynamic group of editors from across the globe. We communicate online through an app and with quarterly editorial board meetings. Our working language is English.
We are particularly keen to hear from practitioners, activists and emerging academics with specialist knowledge and an interest in writing, publishing and promoting on the human rights and democratisation topics you are passionate about.
If you are interested, please email email@example.com with your CV/resume and tell us about your interests, experience and ideas.
